I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not a performance. My role is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are — messy thoughts, heavy feelings, and all — and know that you’ll be met with honesty, warmth, and care.
With over 20 years of experience, I’ve worked with teens, young adults, and adults who carry anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, and the weight of trying to be “enough.” I help clients reconnect the dots between mind and body — noticing how emotions show up physically, and how listening to those signals can lead to healing and self-trust.
Clients often describe me as genuine, approachable, and a little funny (because sometimes a good laugh makes the hard stuff easier to face). I’m down-to-earth, direct when needed, and deeply invested in helping people untangle what’s holding them back so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a wife to Emmy, mom to three grown kids, cruise enthusiast, and dog-mom to two miniature dachshunds who believe they run the house. I believe that life is meant to hold both depth and lightness — and I bring that balance into the way I practice therapy.
